KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS

PRIME WINNING MINDSET

Mental wellness + mental performance for athletes, teams, and high achievers who want to strengthen the inner game. (PRIME = Presence, Resilience, Intention, Motivated Mental Agility, and Energy)

PRIME is Misty Buck’s signature mental performance presentation designed to help athletes, teams, and leaders build the mindset, self-awareness, and emotional resilience needed to perform with more confidence and consistency. Blending mental wellness, mental performance, and lived experience from both sides of the conversation, this presentation gives audiences practical tools to manage self-talk, reset after mistakes, handle comparison, and stay connected to who they are beyond the scoreboard.

Audience Takeaways:

  • How to recognize the inner patterns that affect performance
  • How to reset self-talk before it controls focus, confidence, or behavior
  • How to build a stronger relationship with pressure, expectations, and identity
  • How to use simple mental tools that support performance and well-being

REAL MENTAL HEALTH PLAYBOOK

An honest, relatable conversation about mental health (REAL = Recognize, Explore, Apply, Lead)

The REAL System is Misty Buck’s signature mental wellness system that helps athletes recognize early signs that something is off, explore the root with curiosity instead of judgment, apply tools they can use in real moments, and lead with self-advocacy before performance comes at the cost of well-being.

Designed for student-athletes, teams, schools, and athletic programs, this presentation gives athletes language for what they may be experiencing in their body, mind, behavior, and performance. It also helps coaches and support staff understand how mental health challenges can show up before they become obvious.

Audience Takeaways:

  • How to recognize early signs of stress, anxiety, burnout, shutdown, or emotional overload
  • How to explore patterns and triggers without shame or self-judgment
  • How to apply practical tools such as breath resets, grounding, simplified focus, self-talk, connection, and recovery habits
  • How to self-advocate early and use support proactively
