Misty Buck is a published author, speaker, mental wellness advocate, and mental performance coach whose work brings together mental wellness and mental performance through years of work with professional athletes, student-athletes, teams, and organizations. 

She has facilitated keynotes and workshops for student-athletes, coaches, and athletic communities, including the University of Miami, UCLA, and the Florida High School Athletic Association. As a mental wellness contributor with Hall of Fame Health and facilitator of peer conversations for former professional athletes, Misty brings a grounded understanding of the personal side of performance, identity, transition, and life beyond the game.

Misty is also the co-host of Bailey & Buck Unplugged, where she helps lead candid conversations about mental health, adversity, resilience, and success with athletes, entertainers, and public figures, including Terry Crews, Michael Irvin, Fred Taylor, and Rohan Marley.

Her books include Athlete Mental Health Playbook, Mindset Champion: Winning the Inner Game for Student-Athletes, and Athlete Branding Blueprint.
