Under the leadership of our founder Misty Buck, we are dedicated to providing an environment in which athletes can learn to manage their mindset and emotions so that they can approach challenges with clarity and progress toward their goals with confidence.

Our Private 1 on 1 Coaching in a confidential space held just for you. You’ll meet with your coach on a day and time specifically reserved for you. We understand that life doesn’t happen on a schedule so you’ll also be able to reach your coach in between sessions.

We believe that peer groups are one of our best ways to be proactive in helping athletes with their mental health and mindset. 

Imagine if athletes had a safe space where they could talk about their life, their fears, their insecurities, their motivations, etc.

Providing players with a consistent peer group space that fits into their schedule will provide a sense of consistency and safety where individuals can holistically address their inner emotional, mental, and spiritual needs.

The Wellness Experience by The Silent Injury was held in May 2022 at Yoga Factory Weston. Misty Buck was invited to speak to student-athlete leaders from St. Thomas Aquinas High School’s football team. She also donated copies of her book, the “Athlete Mental Health Playbook” to everyone in attendance. The afternoon also included a yoga and sound healing session and a Q&A with Miami Dolphins’ beloved player, Jerome Baker, and Raven Fairley, founder of The Silent Injury.

Identity

Many athletes struggle with their identity outside of sports. Who are you if you're no longer an athlete? What purpose or calling do you have now? We will work with you to help you in your next steps after sports. Get to know yourself so that you don't get lost.

Negative Thought Habits

Negative thought habits and poor self-talk can take you out of your game. If you want to perform at your best and be your best in all areas of your life, you have to do the inner work including optimizing your mindset.

Stress Management

Challenges in life are inevitable. Learn how to overcome worrying thoughts and stress so you can enjoy peace, clarity, and focus. Get a better understanding of the things that push your buttons so that you can build a plan of reliency to navigate difficulties and challenges.

Emotional Resilency

Give yourself permission to acknowledge and share your feelings. You're human, not a robot which means that emotions are unavoidable. You don't have to suffer and you don't have to ignore your feelings. When you learn to manage your emotions, you will have the ability to enjoy transformational clarity and deal with problems before they become major issues.
