Misty Buck is a pro athlete mental health and mental peformance coach based out of Miami, Florida. She is a Professional Life Coach (CPC), Spiritual Life Coach (CSC), a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, and the author of the “Athlete Mental Health Playbook" and "Athlete Branding Blueprint." Misty is also a Contributor to the Hall of Fame Health (HOFH), an affiliate of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and a member of the NFL Alumni. She also co-hosts a sports, entertainment, and mental health podcast called Bailey and Buck Unplugged.
