Our 1-1 VIP Coaching is a confidential space held just for you. We call these SOULSESSIONS. Our goal is to guide you to eliminate the distractions of negative thoughts and manage emotions so you can achieve a clear, focused mindset as the best complete version of yourself. In our 1-1 Confidential Coaching program, you’ll meet with your coach on a day and time specifically reserved for you. We understand that life doesn’t happen on a schedule so you’ll also be able to reach your coach in between sessions.
A SoulSession is a one-on-one conversation or session focused on addressing deeper emotional, spiritual, or existential needs and concerns.
In a SoulSession, you may explore and reflect on topics such as mental wellness, mindset, performance, personal values, life purpose, relationships, personal growth, and spiritual beliefs.
The goal is to gain insight, clarity, and perspective about oneself and one’s life, and to find ways to live more authentically and meaningfully with a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. You’ll also learn tools to help you build resiliency and overcome challenges, and you’ll learn how to let go of the things that no longer serve you (i.e., energetic blocks). By acknowledging these hinderances, you can train your mind to let go of unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and beliefs so that you can gain mental peace and perform at your absolute best in and out of sports.
