How to Use Zenletes™

Zenletes™ was designed to be quick, easy, and stress-free with no downloads, no app updates, and no complicated setup. In just a few minutes, you can create your account, add Zenletes™ to your home screen, and start your first session. Follow these steps to make Zenletes™ part of your daily rhythm and discover how powerful it feels to train your mind as consistently as you train your body.

  1. Go to zenletes.com on your phone, tablet, or computer.

  2. Tap Sign Up and enter your name, email, and a password (or continue with your preferred sign-in method, if offered).

  3. If prompted, confirm your email. Then log in.

On iPhone (Safari)

  1. Go to zenletes.com

  2. Tap the Share icon (⬆️ in a square, bottom of screen)

  3. Select “Add to Home Screen”

  4. Tap Add (top right corner)

    ✅ Zenletes™ is now on your home screen like any other app


On Android (Chrome)

  1. Go to zenletes.com

  2. Tap the three dots menu (⋮, top right corner)

Start each day by choosing or writing your own intention and affirmation. This simple step grounds your mindset and directs your focus before the chaos of the day begins. It only takes a few minutes, but this powerful activity helps you train your mindset to focus on what matters.

Zenletes™ offers two additional ways to work on your mindset: Mental Conditioning and Meditations

Every day, a mental conditioning exercise will be available for you to complete in the dashboard. 

For additional mindset training, click on the meditations menu. Pick a meditation or reset based on what you need most right now whether that’s focus, confidence, recovery, stress relief, or something else. Just a few minutes can shift your whole state of mind. 

We’re constantly adding new meditations so be sure to check back often. 

You can also do a self-timed practice without a guided meditation using the “unguided practice” option which allows you to meditate on your own with a timer and optional background music. 

Check your progress dashboard to see streaks, total minutes, and mindset shifts. Every small step adds up! Consistency creates confidence, and an unbreakable mindset.
