I think we can all agree that these are some challenging times. When life‘s difficulties seem to take up the bulk of your time and energy, it is not the time to abandon your self-care or your mental health work.
It’s time to dig even deeper so that your soul is clear to contribute in whatever manner you may choose. Don’t get so lost in outside things that it consumes you to the point that you lose your spiritual compass.
Understand that challenges naturally challenge your mental wellbeing, and so it’s important to give your self-care equal attention.
Healing starts at home. Take some time for self-reflection to check-in with yourself.
